From design to production

With the design development report signed off, the design moves into engineering and tooling. The prototypes so far were made one at a time; production parts will be molded, and that is where the next round of detail work happens.

What to expect

• The white shell parts are reviewed for molding, so a few small details may shift while the look stays the same.
• The parts you touch most, the Peltier pads, the display and the button, are checked again with the engineering team.
• Nothing visible changes for the user: the dimensions in the final report stay as they are.
